A Missouri jury awarded $2.2 million to a plaintiff with neurotoxicity (Katie   Bonner vs. ISP Technologies, Inc.).

Raymond SInger, Ph.D. a neurotoxicologist and a neuropsychologist, served as an expert witness in this case, hired by the plaintiff to help the Court understand the nature and cause of the toxic injury. He examined the plaintiff, rendered an extensive report, and conducted additional  research regarding the product in question.

He helped the jury understand that although there was not extensive research  on this particular product, the product fit into a category of substances  with known neurotoxic properties.
